Welcome, Ronn Ritke!
I am pleased to introduce our new Research Manager, Ronn Ritke.
Ronn will serve as the manager of the NLANR Measurement and Network
Analysis group. Many of you have already met him at the various conferences
and meetings he has attended since joining us in April.
Previously, he
collaborated with us on our passive measurement and analysis activities.
His research interests include network traffic traces from different levels
(LAN, Department level, Campus level and MAN) and different network types
(Ethernet, FDDI, ATM, OC3 and OC12).
Ronn recently received his doctorate in Computer Science from the University
of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). While at UCLA, he also completed
three reports for NSF concerning vBNS performance for the President's
Information Technology Advisory Committee (PITAC).
We are very pleased to have Ronn on
our team.
