AMP IPv6

The theme of our current issue is our AMP IPv6 project.
The NLANR Active Measurement Project (NLANR AMP)
has created a mesh to collect IPv6 performance data.
At press time, there were 12 active sites (with another
coming online shortly) in the AMP IPv6 mesh.
